PHOSPHOR OPS · LAST UPDATED 2026-08-22
What this platform holds
Phosphor Ops is shop-floor software for night vision businesses. It stores what an operator puts into it: customer records, serialized inventory, builds, repairs, compliance attestations, and operator seats (name, email, a passphrase hash). We don't collect anything the shop doesn't type in.
Where it lives
All data and compute stay in United States regions (Virginia). Each client runs in its own isolated database — no shared tables, ever. Backups are nightly, encrypted in transit and at rest, US-stored, and kept 30 days.
Who touches it
Infrastructure subprocessors: Vercel (hosting), Neon (database), Resend (transactional email), Sentry (error tracking, configured to exclude personal data and request contents), Checkly (uptime checks against a health endpoint that carries no customer data). No analytics trackers, no advertising, and we never sell or share data — full stop.
Whose data it is
The client's. Every book in the system exports to CSV on demand from inside the app, no request process. On contract end, data is exported to the client and then deleted on a schedule agreed in the license.
