Seats are issued by a licensed shop's admin; there is no public sign-up. You're responsible for your passphrase and for what happens under your seat. We may suspend seats that threaten the platform or other clients.
The ITAR guardrails
The platform includes workflow controls around export-controlled items (attestation tracking, shipment gating). These are operational tools, not legal advice, and they do not replace your own compliance obligations under ITAR/EAR or the judgment of your counsel. The licensed shop remains solely responsible for its regulatory compliance.
Service
We target 99.5% monthly uptime, monitor continuously, and keep tested backups. The binding service commitment, fees, and liability terms live in each client's license agreement, which controls over this page wherever they differ.
